Rules and Policies

1. No hazardous or perishable shipments will be accepted.
2. Handling Fee per Bill of Lading $35.00 for all export shipments.

1. Rates are based on Freight All Kinds(FAK), Cargo NOS;
2. Rates are in US Dollars.
3. Rates are based on 1 CBM or 2,000 Lbs.
4. Rates include CAF, BAF, OTHC, and EIS.
5. Diversion Fees are for the account of the cargo.
6. Cargo subject to destination duties, taxes, customs charges, and DDC.
7. Monarch Logistics is not responsible for any cargo detained by any Government.
8. Monarch Logistics is not responsible for any delays or transit times.
9. All cargoes must bear marks, number of pieces, destination, country of origin, and Monarch Logistics booking number.
10. All cargoes shipped must be booked prior to tendering.
11. Insurance coverage is not included in transportation rates.
12. Shippers may request insurance at the time of booking.
